Case Management System of Religious Court (SIADPA)
In the beginning of 2000, BADILAG (still called Directorate of Development of Religious Judicature) developed SISDIPA (old version of SIADPA). SISDIPA was implemented at some religious courts like PA Cimahi, PA Indramayu, PA Kendal, PA Makassar, PA Batam, and other PAs. The result in implementing SISDIPA attracted many suggestions toward the advisability of this system which later became the embryo of SIADPA. Before nationally implemented, SIADPA has been applied in PA of Malang Regency.
Until the end of 2008, there have been 234 out of 343 (68 %) religious courts that have already implemented SIADPA with 9 PTAs having 100 % implemented SIADPA. They are PTA Bangka Belitung (3 PAs), PTA Banten (6 PAs), PTA Jakarta (5 PAs), PTA Bandung (22 PAs), PTA Semarang (36 PAs), PTA Yogyakarta (5 PAs), PTA Surabaya (37 PAs), PTA Ambon (3 PAs), and PTA Gorontalo (3 PAs).

However, it has been planned that by the end of 2009 all PAs will have implemented SIADPA.
In its progress, SIADPA adapts with trend of IT progress like technology of barcode and web-based application. Some of religious courts have implemented barcode-combined and web-based SIADPA. Religious courts which have implemented barcode-combined SIADPA are PA Wonosari, PA Purwodadi, PA Central Jakarta, and some others while web-based SIADPA is implemented in PA Purwodadi, PA Kendal, PA Wonosari, PA Ambarawa, PA Demak, PA Blora, PA Klaten, PA Mungkid, PA Kebumen, PA Semarang, and some other PAs.
The implementation of SIADPA in 234 religious courts stimulates BADILAG to develop national SIADPA data base that is finally realized through National Information Repository (NIR) Program. NIR data are not only functioned to process case information, but also made as data backup to anticipate data troubles at a work unit caused by virus or disaster.
In the middle of 2009 begins the development of SIADPTA (Sistem Informasi dan Administrasi Perkara PTA, Case Management System of High Religious Court). Just like SIADPA, SIADPTA is aimed at creating effectiveness and efficiency in organizing case administration in PTA/Mahkamah Syar’iyah Aceh.
