1. NAME : DRS. H. PURWOSUSILO, SH., MH
OCCUPATION : Director General for Religious Courts
WORK UNIT : Supreme Court of The Republic of Indonesia
TASK DESCRIPTION:
- Leading the execution of tasks within the Directorate General of Religious Court Body (Badilag) to realize Badilag's vision and mission;
- Coordinating the execution of tasks within the Directorate General of Religious Court Body to reach a harmonious working relationship;
- Managing the execution of tasks within the Directorate General of Religious Court Body to achieve main tasks and functions effectively and efficiently;
- Deciding the targets, work plans and programs within the Directorate General of Religious Courts Body;
- Fostering, developing and coordinating the execution of subordinate tasks;
- Monitoring the execution of subordinate tasks;
- Formulating the policies of the development of Religious Courts judicial staff of Badilag and the court within Religious Court Judicature;
- Formulating the policies of the development of Religious Courts administration of Badilag and the court within Religious Court Judicature ;
- Formulating the policies of Directorate of Religious Civil Case Management of Badilag and the court within Religious Court Judicature;
- Deciding the policies of the development of Religious Courts judicial staff of Badilag and the court within Religious Court Judicature accordance with the regulations;
- Deciding the policies of the development of Religious Courts Administration of Badilag and the court within Religious Court Judicature accordance with the regulations;
- Deciding the policies of religious civil case management accordance with the regulations;
- Formulating standard, norm, criteria, and procedure in the development of Religious Court judicial staff, Religious Court administration, and Religious Civil Case management and regulations of Badilag and the court within Religious Court Judicature;
- Holding a office meeting/coordination with subordinates;
- Coordinating with related institutions;
- Responding and solving the Badilag's problems;
- Organizing the consultations with the superior each time if required;
- Executing special tasks that given by the superior;
- Submitting the suggestions to the superior;
- Evaluating the subordinates in results of work;
- Reporting the execution of tasks to superior.

TASK DESCRIPTION:
- Leading the execution of tasks within the Secretariat of Directorate General of Religious Courts Body so as to reach the goals of Badilag’s Vision and Mission.
- Coordinating the execution of tasks within the Secretariat of Directorate General of Religious Courts Body to create a harmonious working relationship.
- Managing the execution of tasks within the Secretariat of Directorate General of Religious Courts Body, as such the main tasks and functions can be effectively and efficiently implemented.
- Formulating targets, programs, policies and work plans of the Secretariat.
- Distributing tasks, generating, directing, guiding and coordinating subordinates in executing tasks.
- Determining the execution of plan formulation coordination and work plan arrangement within the Directorate General of Religious Court Body.
- Determining the execution of budgeting within the Directorate General of Religious Court Body.
- Determining the execution of treasury and accounting within the Directorate General of Religious Court Body.
- Determining the execution of financial report within the Directorate General of Religious Court Body.
- Determining the execution of personnel affairs within the Directorate General of Religious Court Body.

- Managing the execution of tasks within the Secretariat of Directorate General of Religious Court Body, as such the main tasks and functions can be effectively and efficiently implemented.
- Formulating targets, programs, policies and work plans of the Secretariat.

- Distributing tasks, fostering, directing, guiding and coordinating subordinates in executing tasks.
- Implementing cooperation with related work units within the Directorate of Regulation and Religious Court Case Management.
- Reporting the process and work outcomes to the superior.
- Giving performance appraisal of the subordinates.
- Carrying out other jobs assigned by the superior.
- Monitoring and evaluating the execution of tasks done by subordinates.
- Formulating policies, standards, norms, criteria and procedures, providing technical guidance and evaluation as well as fostering the analyses on the completeness of religious court cassation cases.

- Managing the execution of tasks within the Directorate of Fostering Religious Court Administration, as such the main tasks and functions can be effectively and efficiently implemented
- Determining targets, programs and work plans within the Directorate of Fostering Religious Court Administration
- Distributing tasks, fostering, directing, guiding and coordinating subordinates in executing tasks
- Formulating policies, standards, norms, criteria and procedures, providing technical guidance on managing religious court administration
- Formulating policies, standards, norms, criteria and procedures, providing technical guidance on court administration as well as monitoring and evaluating religious courts
- Formulating policies on case statistic and documentation on population and geographical condition of a religious court jurisdiction
- Executing administrative affairs in the Directorate of Fostering Religious Court Administration
