Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG)
The fostering of judicial staff of Religious Courts performed by BADILAG requires the availability of accurate personnel data and information. Therefore, BADILAG in 2006 developed personnel management application called SIMPEG.
Initially, SIMPEG was locally implemented in 29 PTA/Mahkamah Syar’iyah Aceh all over Indonesia. PTA arranged data entries from PA and afterwards posted the data to BADILAG via email.
Currently, SIMPEG is implemented in each work unit of religious courts. Updating mechanism goes through these stages: 1. religious courts update personnel in their work units, 2. the updated data are sent to PTA/Mahkamah Syar’iyah Aceh, 3. PTA/Mahkamah Syar’iyah Aceh periodically send the updated data to SIMPEG server at Ditjen BADILAG.
In 2009, Personnel Bureau of The Supreme Court introduces an application system called SIKEP (Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian, Personnel Information System) which processes all personnel data (judicial and non-judicial staff) within The Supreme Court and all courts. Responding to this new system, SIMPEG is on going process to be integrated to SIKEP.
