Deputy Justice for Religious Court Affairs, Andi Syamsu Alam supports the usage of SIADPA (CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF RELIGIOUS COURT). Andi Syamsu Alam explains the importance of SIADPA in providing the excellent services to justice seekers when he opens the training for case management in Bandung, Monday (4/4/2011).

The training will be held from 4th until 7th of April. 34 administrators of SIADPA and 5 participants from Badilag participate the training.
The new Case Management System is called SIADPA PLUS. It is new modified software which is in line with the case management applied in the religious court.

In this new software, all forms are standardized and it becomes easier to use. 
“We have to apply case managements which are in line with the recent modern development. And the usage of SIADPA is the best effort”, Andi Syamsu Alam said.

“I my self support the usage of SIADPA. Please do not accuse me that I do not support it. In fact I have issued a Circular Letter on the implementation of SIADPA IN 2007’,  Andi Syamsu Alam said.

Intensification of SIADPA

According to DG of Badilag, Wahyu Widiana, there are two main roles of SIADPA. First, it will help to settle cases and second, it will provide a good case report.

“Intensification of SIADPA means that we must be the same in our mindset. All forms are standardized, therefore there will not be difference among all religious court in Indonesia”, Wahyu Widiana said.

All participants get an important training on case management applied in the religious courts from Zainuddin Fajari, Edi Riadi and Mudzafar. They are the members of National Team of Case Management for the Religious Courts.

Tohir, an administrator of SIADPA from the Religious Court of South Jakarta will provide all participants the training for trainer.  And all participants also get training on SMS Gateway and NIR from Helmi Indra Mahyudin.
