The Religious Court of South Jakarta Makes A Great Innovation

The Religious Court of South Jakarta makes some important innovations. It is aimed to provide the excellent service to people. Among the innovations made are Call Center or SMS Gateway, Information Desk, and Queue System.

Through Call Service or SMS Gateway, the justice seekers will be able to obtain some information on their case progress. The service provide them on number of cases, identity of parties, judge panel, and court session schedule, as well as remain of down payment.

It also facilitates them to get the information they need from any where they are. They should not go directly to the Religious Court.

To use this facility or service is not difficult. The justice seekers can register their phone number by sending a SMS to number 085213233112.

Other innovation made is Information Desk. This service will enable people to get accurate information related to all services provided by the Religious Court. It is also aimed to avoid any deviation may happen in a religious court because it prohibits the justice seeker to make an illegal relation to judges and other court officials.

Queue System is now employed in the Religious Court of South Jakarta. It has been also employed in the Religious Court of Muara Enim, South Sumatera. According to Director General of Directorate of the Religious Courts, Wahyu Widiana, this system is one important point of “Quick Wins” in Bureaucracy Reform of the Supreme Court.
