49 Vice-Registrars Committed to be Agent of Change

About 49 vice-registrars state that they are committed to enhance the quality of services delivered by their offices. They convey their commitment to the Director General of the Religious Courts, Wahyu Widiana when they participate a technical training provided to registrar candidate in Training Center of the Supreme Court, Megamendung, Saturday (13/08).
“We all are prepared to be the agent of change”, they delivered their promise to Wahyu Widiana when he presents a lecture in front of all participants.

All participants state that they will inform everything they get from the training to all officials and apparatus in their office. They believe that their office will get so many benefits for service delivery improvement.
Wahyu Widiana explains on the vision and mission of the Supreme Court. According to him, all vice registrars must understand about that very well. Besides, he also explains on the public service and the information openness as well.
In the training, all participants are asked to answer a questionnaire with 25 questions pertaining with public services, information desk and website as well. A simple survey made by Wahyu Widiana is absolutely important to know whether all Religious Courts have paid their attention to the current prioritize programs or not.
Wahyu Widiana realizes that all participants have very strong spirit to make a big change in the future. Therefore, he aims to instruct chiefs and vice-chiefs to use and manipulate their abilities in enhancing services.
It is really unfortunate if all participants with their courage and spirit of change will face a big obstacle in their office because they are not supported by chiefs and vice-chiefs.
He notices all participants that reform must be carefully conducted unless unstable condition will happen.
