IPASPI Supports the Appeal Courts as the Front Guard of the Supreme Court

IPASPI (Registrar Association of the Indonesian Courts) holds the National Meeting at Mercure Hotel, Ancol, Sunday (18/09/2011). The main agenda of the Meeting is to elect the new commissioner 2011-2014.

In his short speech, the Chief Justice, Harifin A Tumpa states that registrars play an important role in the courts. Registrars are responsible in carrying an excellent court administration. In addition, services in which courts deliver to litigants will depend on their good performances.

“If people are satisfied with the services delivered, they will definitely trust the Indonesian courts”, he said. .

In this Meeting, IPASPI is committed to support the Appeal Courts to play their function as the front guard of the Supreme Court.

The new elected commissioners are : HRM. Anton Suyatno, SH., M.Hum (the General Chairman), H. Ali Murad, SH., MH (the Chairman I), Drs. H. Bahrin Lubis, SH., MH (the Chairman II), Fachry, SH (the Chairman III), Kolonel. Herry Karyabudi, SH (the Chairman IV), H. Teuku Iltanor, SH (the Secretary), and Hj. Lilies Djuaningsih, SH., MH (the Treasurer).
