It was aimed to enhance the quality of each judicial system.
According to Wahyu Widiana, it would be very beneficial due to many similarities the three countries had irrespective of some differences.
Wahyu Widiana was invited to attend one day seminar held by Sharia Judiciary Office of Pulau Pinang State in cooperation with International Islamic Technology College of Pulau Pinang, Friday (24/2/2012). This seminar was attended by around 50 participants from Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

In that seminar, participants shared their experiences on substantive and formal law as well. In addition, administration and management of courts became the important discussion in the seminar.
“In the modern era, the utilization of information technology will enable us to share any experience easily and it will be very cheap way,” Wahyu Widiana said.
Wahyu Widiana informed all participants that all Religious Courts throughout Indonesia had developed their own websites. These websites provided information and services people needed.
He reminded all participants that South East Asian Syari’ah Association (SEASA) was founded around twenty years ago. He suggested that this association be developed again. It would be very important to establish cooperation not only in judicial aspect but also in administration and management as well. According to him, the utilization of information technology as supporting aspect could not be ignored.
