Wahyu Widiana Paid a Sudden Visit to RC of North Jakarta

Wahyu Widiana often pays a sudden visit to some Religious Courts. He does not aim to find any mistake but he wants to know the real condition.

Having arrived in the Religious Court of North Jakarta, Wahyu Widiana had pretended as justice seeker. He sat at waiting room and made short conversation with others.

“Are you waiting for a court trial?” Wahyu Widiana asked a woman of 40s years old. He also asked many question regarding down payment of case, schedule of trial, trial proceeding, etc.

He also observed a room used for service of legal aid post. He found two officers and he asked them on how to get a legal advice.

“You are from what Legal Aid Institute?” he asked the officers.

“We are from Sharia Legal Aid Institute, Sir,” the officers answered his question.

. Wahyu Widiana let the officers to explain on services provided and procedures as well. In fact, he wanted to make sure that service was free of charge.

He also checked information board displayed on a wall. He wanted to know whether money was given to justice seekers in case the down payment exceeded.

“Is the remaining of down payment returned to the justice seekers?” he asked the cashier.

“Yes, Sir.  It is the book of report,” the cashier answered his question.

Wahyu Widiana also monitored the implementation of the information desk in which was located at the second floor. According to him, this Religious Court had succeeded in implementing one stop service.

At the end of his sudden visit, he promised to come to the court again. He would like to make sure that the court would make some improvements toward suggestion and evaluation he conveyed.
