To have uniformity in conducting technical training for technical staffs at religious courts domain, Directorate General of Badilag is striving to compose manual for technical training of competence at religious courts domain. According to Director of Technical Staff Development of Religious Court, Purwosusilo, Tuesday (29/02), the program that conducted for three days at Great Western Resort, Tangerang, would compose manual for technical training implementation for judges, registrars, and bailiffs.
The background of composing the manual, according to Purwosusilo, due to the absence of standard training implementation for technical staffs as the result of the diverse patterns and materials of training conducted by Badilag and the religious courts in the regions. “It is our false because we haven’t had the manual yet, so our principal interest is to compose syllabus, training materials that will be used as manual for the entire Indonesia,” he said.
Purwosusilo regretted on the implementation of technical training program delegation from Badilag to units in regions because large part of the budget allocated to technical training out of the principal duty and function of the religious courts. However, Purwosusilo knew if Badilag delegated technical training program to High Religious Court, there would be problem due to the absence of the manual for the entire religious courts.
Purwosusilo also understood that not all of appeal judges could conduct training to regions, and they were not false. To solve this problem, for the next, Badilag will require the candidate for appeal judge to have an experience as chief of IB class or judge of IA class that has been a chief deputy of IB class.
