The Religious Court of Muara Bulian is led by Women

The Religious Court of Muara Bulian is absolutely unique. We can not find it in other Religious Court throughout Indonesia. It is led by two women, one of them serves as a chief and other as vice chief.
In addition, most of judges in this Religious Court are also women. Women also serves in some strategic positions including as vice registrar, vice of secretary, junior registrar of law and junior registrar of lawsuit.
. The chief of this court said that approximately 60 percent of judges and personnel are women.This fact has been revealed when the Director General of the Religious Courts, Wahyu Widiana conducted a sudden visit to this court on Wednesday (7/3/2012).
This court has shown such very good performance of work. Wahyu Widiana found that justice seekers could get the verdicts immediately at the end of court trial.
“It shows that court administration is implemented very well in this court,” Wahyu Widiana said.
This court got appreciation from the Office of the State Treasury Service in February 15, 2012. It is about financial report.
