Wahyu Widiana Made a Sudden Visit to RC of Maros

Wahyu Widiana, the Director General of the Religious Courts made a sudden visit to the Religious Court of Maros. This court is located not far from the airport of Sultan Hasanuddin, Makassar. He wanted to monitor this court. This sudden visit was not the first. He often suddenly visited some Religious Courts.

He did not want to find any mistake made by courts’ apparatus. He just wanted to know whether a court run well or not.

In the Religious Court of Maros, Wahyu Widiana firstly observed a room for registration. This court did not have a special room for case registration. The room is located at registrars’ room. There are around eight apparatus in the room.

 

. He suggested the chief of Religious Court of Maros, Drs. H. Chaeruddin, SH, MH redesign the room. According to him, in the registration room there should not be more than two staff who will serve justice seekers. Wahyu Widiana also explained on one stop service.

 

The utilization of information technology was also focus of Wahyu Widiana. He also suggested that the website be regularly up-dated. He asked the administrator of website to renew news on the website. If they did not have any news to be published they could take it from website of Badilag or the Supreme Court.

“The important thing, the news must be updated,” he said.
