Cianjur l Badilag.net

The Ministry of Law and Human Rights is making the Ministry’s Regulation and the Government Regulation. The regulations are about legal aid in which was stipulated in the Law No. 16 of 2011 on Legal Aid.

Some issues related to the venue of Legal Aid Post (Posbakum), budget, and requirement for accessing Posbakum remain unclear. In the draft of the regulatons, it has not been mentioned about the venue of Posbakum. Other issue is on whether people can access the service without poor card (SKTM).

The Director General of the Religious Courts, Wahyu Widiana said that he was worry if people could access the service due to a strict condition and requirement. According to him, people often faced a serious obstacle in getting the Poor Card. They had to pay more money rather than they pay service to the court.

“It’s an ironic, isn’t? I am very worry that Posbakum will not run well in 2013,” he said.

Wahyu Widiana predicted that the users of Posbakum in 2013 will decrease significantly. It is caused by the venue and requirement of which are unclear. If this situation really happens in 2013, it will be a serious setback.
