The Head of Legal and Public Relation Bureau of the Supreme Court, DR. Ridwan Mansyur, SH shared his appreciation to the religious courts due to the progress achieved in terms of public disclosure and the utilization of information technology. According to him, the achievement was gained by the commitment of the religious court leaders.

“I am very proud with the commitment of Badilag to the information disclosure within the courts and I loss the figure of Pak Wahyu after his retirement.” DR. Ridwan Mansyur said while adressing a speech in the program of Monitoring and Evaluation of Information System Development of the four circles of judicature of Aceh, which was held in meeting room of anti-corruption court of Banda Aceh (09/03/2012).

Ridwan Mansyur told the participant that quite recently, the Director General of Badilag, Wahyu Widiana participated in the meeting on Information Technology in the Supreme Court. “And he is still enthusiastic, even he will retire in the near future.”

“We must admit that the website and case information in the religious court has been developed well and this can be achieved by the commitment of Badilag leaders to develop information technology in the religious courts.” He insisted.

 

On the other part of his speech, the Head of Legal and Public Relation Bureau of the Supreme Court explained that in terms of the court’s information disclosure all the activities of the courts must be accessible to the public.

“The activities held by the courts such as coordination meeting, leader’s activities, and court’s verdicts must be posted on the respective website, that can be accessed by the public and justice seekers.” He said.

That why he hoped that every activity should be documented well, for example, the decree of the activity should be prepared prior to the implementation, the participant lists, and others so the program can be accountable.

“And our weakness today, we neglect the documents of the activies, whereas we have conducted many activities.” Ridwan Mansur said.
