Seven Important Messages from Deputy Chief Justice

Deputy Chief Justice DR. H. Andi Syamsu Alam, SH., MH., delivered important messages in the opening speech of Technical Guidance of Registrar Administration within Religious Court, in Bandung, Monday 2, of July 2012.
The Technical Guidance was followed by 36 participants, consisted of 33 High Religious Court judges, 2 assistants from the Supreme Court and one judge from the Supervisory Board.
"I am asking all high court judges to be master in judicial technique and case administration, because the court of appeal is the front guard of the Supreme Court to provide guidance and supervision to the courts in general," said the Deputy Chief Justice.
Specifically, the Deputy Chief Justice mentioned the benefits of SIADPA. According to the Deputy Chief Justice, if the SIADPA goes well, then the administration of the case will be faster than manually. Therefore, the high court judges must be master in SIADPA-based judicial technique and case administration.
. Further, the Deputy conveyed seven important messages as below:
- There should be an ongoing coaching to officers and operators of SIADPA in each court so there will be no court without SIADPA operator.
- IT and SIADPA should be utilized. There is no excuse for not optimizing IT and SIADPA program.
- People have a right to get information of court services in accordance with the Decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. No. 144/KMA/SK/I/2011 on Information Service Guidelines at the Court. Therefore, the case information on badilag website should be seriously considered.
- Regarding the supervisory and guiding task, the high court judges should first determine the area of supervision and guidance through IT and SIADPA program.
- The entire columns within register book must be consistently filled in accordance with the fact. There will be no a single blank column.
- Every verdict must be published in the website on the directory of Supreme Court decision, so that people will be able to get information on the decision of their case without having to come to the court.
- Judges and officials who have achievements in IT and SIADPA should be given an award, such as a promotion, and so forth. [Shofa Qolbi]
