The Chief Justice Supports the Celebration of 130th Religious Court Anniversary

The Chief Justice Dr. H. M. Hatta Ali, SH., MH. congratulates the 130th of Religious Court anniversary. Hatta Ali believes the Religious Court will be more developed and modern in the future. The Honorable addressed the congratulation while receiving DG Wahyu Widiana in the Supreme Court on Wednesday, August 1, 2012.
Further, Hatta warmly welcomes the agenda of Badilag to celebrate 130th Religious Court anniversary. “I guess the celebration is important and really good,” stated Hatta Ali.

According to the Chief Justice, the achievements of Religious Court so far will be widely known through the anniversary event. Hatta highly expects Religious Court could maintain and improve the performances.

Further, Hatta Ali agreed if Badilag plan to exhibit Religious Court gallery in the moment of 130th anniversary.Hatta informs that the Supreme Court also to build museum in which toga, hammer, classic verdict, as everything connected to the court and having a historical value will be displayed. The Honorable welcomes Badilag to display its historical objects in the museum.

Hatta asked Badilag to exhibit historical documents related to the establishment of Religious Court.
“I strongly suggested that Staatsblad 152 and 153 / 1882 in Dutch language version could be displayed during the celebration,” stated Hatta Ali.
DG appears so excited and enthusiastic after visiting the Chief Justice. “All praises to Allah, the support of the Chief Justice is so meaningful,” stated Wahyu Widiana. [SQ]
