Most results of National Working Meeting 2011 have been Implemented

The Directorate General of the Religious Courts (Ditjen Badilag) has succeeded in implementing some prioritized programs in which was discussed in National Working Meeting 2011.
The programs include case settlement, human resource management, website, public service and information desk, implementation of SIADPA (computerized case management), justice for all (waiving court fees, legal aid post and circuit court).
Ditjen Badilag created a monitoring team to assure that all prioritized programs run well. The main task of the team is to identify and understand problems related to the prioritized programs and finally to find the best solution.
The team conducted a number of assessments to the programs in 2011 and in the middle of 2012. Based on the result of assessment, Ditjen Badilag awarded some Religious Courts during celebration of 130th anniversary of the Religious Courts on September 17-18, 2012, at Mercure Hotel, Ancol.

The winner in category of public service and information desk are classified according to class of courts as follows. The winners for class I A are PA Yogyakarta, PA Surabara, PA Tulungagung, PA Lamongan and PA South Jakarta. The winners for class I B are PA Bukittinggi, PA Mungkid, PA Sleman, PA Kab. Malang, and PA Ternate. The winners for class I are PA Pelaihari, PA Kandangan, PA Kalianda, PA Magelang and PA Muara Enim.
There are two categories for the winners of website, first instance level and appeal level. The winners for first instance level are PA Pelaihari, PA Barru, PA Bulukumba, PA Jeneponton, and PA Sibolga. The winners for appeal level are PTA Banjarmasin, MS Aceh, PTA Yogyakarta, PTA Makassar and PTA Medan.
The winners of SIADPA are PA Jember, PA Sengeti, PA Lamongan, PA Maninjau, PA Wonosari, and PA Kotabumi.
The winners of “Justice for the Poor” are classified in to three categories, namely waiving court fees, circuit court and legal aid post.
The winners for waiving court fees are PA Karawang, PA Girimenang and PA Cianjur. The winners for circuit court are PA Kab. Tasikmalaya, PA Cilacap and PA Brebes. The winners for legal aid post are PA Surabaya, PA Banyuwangi and PA Bandung.
The winners for SIMPEG (Computerized Personnel Management) are PTA Yogyakarta, PTA Ambon and PTA Makasar. Other winners from first instance level are PA Yogyakara, PA Wonosari and PA Bantul.
The winners for publication of verdicts are PA Kab. Malang, PA Bandung, PA Lumajang, PA Blitar and PA Sumedang. They have more than 3000 cases per year. Other winners are PA Tulungagung, PA Mojokerto, PA Bondowoso, PA Lamongan and PA Bojonegoro. They have cases from 2000 to 3000 per year.
