Priority Programs of Badilag in 2013

What programs proposed by Badilag next year were well explained by Purwosusilo, the Director of Technical Personnel of Badilag. He presented the programs in the capacity of the Director General of Badilag in front the Commission II Assembly on the Annual Meeting of the Supreme Court in Manado, Tuesday (30/10/2012)
Purwosusilo showed his breakthrough that Badilag will adopt time sheet application to monitor daily activities of every court personnel. He eagerly convinced this program will be effective in the early 2013. Through this application, Badilag will be able to monitor daily activities of court personnel in High Religious Court, while High Religious Court will be able to watch daily situation in Religious Court. .Time sheet is no other than diary in which every single activity of the person is recorded. The difference is that this application is electronic form rather than manual. Later, when this application has been finalized and socialized, each personnel of court including judge must fill his or her form every day.
“This application is developed and expanded by Badilag. For the test phase, we will exploit this time sheet to monitor High Religious Court. We will know where the High Chief Judge now and where tomorrow will go. We can watch through time sheet application,” said Purwosusilo proudly.
Another priority program is optimizing Personnel Management System Application (SIMPEG) to support paperless promotion process. Through this system, everything will run automatically, and the personnel have not to deliver their hard document. They just fill electronic form available in SIMPEG.
“Paperless based promotion process has been successfully tested in area of High Religious Court of Jakarta, Banten, and Yogyakarta,” stated Purwosusilo.
Fit and proper test mechanism to select candidate for court leader and high judge is the third program mentioned. So far, this mechanism has been implemented in selecting chief candidate for specific courts of class IA. In the future, the mechanism will be applied to select candidate for High Religious Court leader, as well as Justice assistant.
Purwosusilo also paid a serious attention the development of human resources. In 2013, according to Purwosusilo, Badilag will empower high judge as vanguard of the Supreme Court in provinces. “High judge must take part in guidance and supervision function,” said Purwosusilo.
Another issue such as case handling process, technical personnel resource, and joint cooperation with other agencies, optimizing SIADPA, as well as justice for the poor program, as these are priority programs in 2012, will be gravely maintained.
“In 2013, Badilag still has a big concern and will seriously keep on the priority programs of 2012,” Said Purwosusilo. [SQ]
