Pioneering the Innovation and Development of SIADPA, Malang Regency RC Got an Inscription and an Award Certificate

The Secretary of Directorate General of Badilag, Drs. H. Farid Ismail, SH., MH conferred an inscription and an award certificate to Malang Regency Religious Court on Saturday (11/09/2012). The inscription and award certificate were given due to its pioneering in innovating and developing SIADPA which has been the backbone of the Religious Court apparatus to accomplish the case administration.

The inscription and award certificate were handed by the Secretary to the Chief of Surabaya High Religious Court, Drs. H. Rum Nessa, SH., M.Hum., and then handed again to Kepanjen Religious Court and accepted by the Deputy Chief of Kepanjen Religious Court, Drs. H. Suhardi, SH., MH.

 

. “The innovation of Malang Regency Religious Court to pioneer the implementation of SIADPA has been an unforgettable momentum since nowdays SIADPA is applied by all apparatus of Religious Courts.” Farid Ismail stated in his speech.

 

Meanwhile the Chief of Surabaya High Religious Court in his speech encouraged his apparatus to enhance the implementation of SIADPA. “So, when Badilag hold a reassessment in 2013, all the categories of SIADPA implementation can be won by the Religious Courts in East Java.” He stated.

Before ending his speech, the Secretary of Directorate General of Badilag also handed the award certificate to Jember Religious Court as the first winner of SIADPA implementation in the area of Surabaya High Religious Court. The certificates were also handed to Lamongan Religious Court as the second winner, and Malang Regency Religious Court as the third winner.
