The Supreme Court is intensifying the legal aid program, especially in the discharge of civil case cost or usually called as prodeo cases. The Supreme Court is also trying to provide the best service to the people who request for birth certificate order.
The enactment of the Circular Letter No. 6 of 2012 on the Guidelines for Birth Certificate Order Exceeded One Year Collectively has increased the amount of applicants for birth certificate order. Nevertheless, what has been done by the Supreme Court was not fully run well.
Since the enactment of the Law No. 16 of 2011 on the Legal Aid, the budget of legal aid was not under the management of Supreme Court anymore, but has been diverted to the Ministry of Law and Human Right.
