Chief Justice Inaugurates Twelve Chief Judges of the Court of Appeal

Chief Justice, Dr. H.M. Hatta Ali inaugurates and takes the oath of twelve chief judges of the appeal courts in the Supreme Court, on Thursday (27/12). The inauguration took places at Kusumaatmadja Room.

The twelve chief judges consist of seven chief judges from High Court, two chief judges from High Religious Courts and three chief judges from Military Court of Appeal.

I Gede Sumitra, SH., MH is appointed as the chief judge of the High Court of Denpasar. H. Sumantri, SH., MH is appointed as the chief judge of High Court of Banda Aceh and HM Mas'ud Halim, SH., M. Hum is appointed as the chief judge of High Court of Banten.

 

. Meanwhile Dam Dam Bachtiar, SH., H. Haryanto, SH., MH., Sugeng Achmad Yudhi, SH. and Dr. Muh. Daming Sunusi, SH., M. Hum. Are sequentially appointed as chif judge of the High Court of Banjarmasin, Gorontalo, Yogyakarta and Palembang.

 

Three chief judges of the High Military Court who are also appointed and sworn in by the Chief Justice are CHK Colonel Bambang Angkoso Wahyono, SH, Colonel Mulyana Akhmad CHK Yan, and Col. CHK Hazarmein.

Drs. H. Hasan Bisri, SH.,M.Hum, who was the former vice chief judge of the High Religious Court of Bandung, is appointed as chief judge of the High Religious Court of Pontianak. He substitutes Drs. Hefni H.S. Hasan, M. Hum. who retired.

Drs. H. A. Dahlan, SH., MH is appointed as the Chief Judge of High Religious Court of Gorontalo. He was the former of vice chief judge of High Religious Court of Palembang.
