IDR 321 Billion Capital Expenditure for Religious Courts

The Supreme Court has allocated capital expenditure budget for Religious Courts in 2013 as much IDR 321,7 billion. The budget will be applied in various programs, such as land procurement for office building as well as provision of motorcycles.
Taken from the capital expenditure budget, IDR 36.7 billion will be allocated to provide land for three office buildings.
.As much IDR 30,4 billion will be budgeted to the first phase of office building for 12 work units, while IDR 178,4 billion will be allocated to the advanced phase of office building for 76 work units in addition to IDR 3,2 billion for office building renovation in three work units.
Meanwhile, there will be 17 work units to supply means and facilities with IDR 15.8 billion of budget allocation in addition to IDR 3.8 billion for 7 work units to spend on furniture.
Another expenditure plan also covers the need of vehicles and motorcycles which take IDR 5.2 billion and IDR 240 million. In addition, there will be IDR 47.7 billion to spend on infrastructure.
From a total 388 work units, only 135 Religious Courts receive capital expenditure budget. They are spread on 29 regions including first instance and appellate courts with varied share.
Aceh counted the biggest number in terms of budget recipient since it contributed 13 work units, while Bengkulu appeared to be the smallest region to get capital expenditure budget as it only contributed 1 of the work unit.
Meanwhile, in terms of nominal amount Religious Court of West Jakarta is supposed to be the first top rank because it will get a total 40 billion for land procurement and office building. These two projects are assumed to spend IDR 29.744.500.000 for land procurement and IDR 10.255.500.000 for office building. Otherwise, High Religious Court of Makassar this year seems to occupy the lowest rank as it will only get IDR 7.700.000 for car port roof. [SQ]
