Chief Justice Awarded the Religious Courts for High Realization of Budget

“Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Hatta Ali appreciates the Religious Courts for their achievement in managing budget in 2012,” Purwosusilo said in a meeting with all chiefs of the High Religious Courts and registrars in Redtop Hotel, Jakarta, Tuesday (12/03/2013).

The meeting was also attended by some leaderships of the Supreme Courts including Ahmad Kamil (the vice chief justice of the Supreme Court), Andi Syamsu Alam (the Deputy Chief Justice for Religious Affairs), Prof. Abdul Manan (justice) and some officials of echelon II.

Purwosusilo mentioned that the Religious Courts were awarded for three categories of appreciation. First, Badilag was awarded for the high budget realization among working units of echelon I in the Supreme Court.

Second, the High Religious Court of North Maluku was awarded for the high budged realization among appeal courts in Indonesia. Third, both working unit of echelon I and appeal courts were awarded for the high budget realization.

“I hope that we will be able to maintain this achievement. We do not want that it will decline next year,” he said.

Purwosusilo also said that the punishment will be given to working units with bad budget realization.
