Jakarta | Badilag.net
Like other state agency of echelon I, Badilag makes self assessment to measure bureaucratic reform. This assessment has two main important purposes.
First, it will facilitate state agency in providing data and information regarding on the progress of bureaucratic reform. The data and information will be used to make evaluation.
Second, it will supply data and information for the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform. The ministry will use them in making national profile for the implementation of bureaucratic reform.
The self assessment involves two components, namely enablers and result. Enabler component is all programs conducted by the state agency relating to its main tasks. Meanwhile, the result component is the outcome of the program.
. There are two kinds of surveys made by Badilag, internal and external. First survey tries to collect the data from interviewees that work in Badilag. Second survey collects data from personnel working outside Badilag.
The external interviewees consist of 30 persons from the High Religious Court of Jakarta and all courts of first instance in Jakarta.
Some questionnaires in the survey are 1). Did personnel of the Supreme Court receive gratification in delivering services, 2). In your opinion, is the Supreme Court effective in running its function to prevent corruption?
