Badilag Held an Exam for Substitute Registrar

The Directorate General of the Religious Courts (Badilag) successfully held an exam for candidate of substitute registrar simultaneously in 13 regions, Tuesday (16/7/2013).

The 13 regions include Sharia Court of Aceh, High Religious Court (HRC) of Medan, HRC of Pekanbaru, HRC of Banten, HRC of Jakarta, HRC of Bandung, HRC of Semarang, HRC of Yogyakarta, HRC of Surabaya, HRC of Samarinda, HRC of Banjarmasin, HRC of Palu, and HRC of Kupang.

The exam was conducted in each region for one day, from 8 a.m to 3 p.m. There were four subjects of exam which consisted of formal law, material law, judicial and computer skill.

The number of participants varied each region from others. In Sharia Court of Aceh, for example, there were 17 persons applied for candidate of substitute registrar and only 13 persons attended the exam.

Meanwhile, in HRC of Medan, it was reported that there were 16 persons attending the exam from 17 persons who applied for.

17 participants also attended the exam in HRC of Pekanbaru, 63 participants in HRC of Jakarta, 41 participants in HRC of Yogyakarta, 85 participants in HRC of Surabaya, 17 participants in HRC of Samarinda, 20 participants in HRC of Palu, 21 participants in HRC of Kupang.
