Chief Justice of the Indonesian Supreme Court, Dr. H.M. Hatta Ali, SH., MH., asks all judicial officers to regularly access websites of the Supreme Court and its subordinate courts in order to understand policies and reform agenda outlined by the Court’s leadership.
The demand was conveyed in his speech when commemorating the 68th anniversary of the Supreme Court, Monday 19 August 2013.
“Don’t miss out newest information. Always check updated information on the webs because this is important to ensure that the court reform undertaken is inclusive, participatory and sustainable,” Chief Justice said.
.He also emphasized that a good institutional performance depended very much on how well the central managerial policies can be delivered and obeyed. “I hope all judicial officers fully understand the messages contained in the Blueprint 2010-2035 and its annual priority programs,” he added.
Chief Justice also recalled the importance of public faith in the Supreme Court and the judiciary in general. He stated that the courts are institutions that worked on the basis of public trust. Therefore, every judicial officer in Indonesia, he said, must maintain the public confidence.
