Badilag Launches SIADPTA Plus

Recently, the Directorate General of the Religious Courts (Badilag) launched SIADPTA Plus, an application program for case management. Vice Chief Justice for Non Judicial Affairs Ahmad Kamil launched the program, in Bogor (31/10/2013).

Chief Chamber of Religious Court Affairs Dr. H. Andi Syamsu Alam, S.H., M.H and the Director General of the Religious Courts Drs. H. Purwosusilo, S.H., M.H also attended the launching.

Ahmad Kamil said that he was happy with amazing creativity made by religious courts. It is a sophisticated application program.


He mentioned that delegates from America recently visited Indonesian Supreme Court. During the visit, Chief Justice Hatta Ali asked appeal courts to develop case management application program.

Religious Courts have been implementing case management application program called SIADPA. It is for first instance courts. In appeal courts, SIADPTA has been developed and implemented in all appeal religious courts since 2009. It is now redesigned with more sophisticated features. Better security system is applied to this new program.

The Director General of the Religious Courts Purwosusilo hoped that all appeal courts would be able to use this program well. It has been proven that the program is very helpful to accelerate case management process.

He also said that the use of SIADPTA Plus would be reported in the annual report of the Supreme Court as one priority program.

H. Tukiran, S.H., M.M said that the program is very worth to make an accurate case report, which is very important for the annual report.
