“We are making a draft of guidance for Information Desk. We will have released at the end of July. It will provide a brief and obvious direction for appointed official to perform his task”, Wahyu Widiana added.

According to him, when the guidance is published Badilag will monitor its implementation in all Religious Courts. It is aimed to know whether it is well applied or not.

“We will award some best religious courts implementing it”, Wahyu Widiana said.

He explained to Nicola and Leisha that last month Badilag awarded some best Religious Courts for wining website competition. It was based on an assessment held by National Legal Reform Program (NLRP), an NGO from Netherlands.

“I am interested to hold training for Information Desk. I think AusAid will support Badilag to realize it”, Nicola said. Nicola stated that the training will be worth to provide an important knowledge for the appointed officials. It will give them a obvious guidance.

According to Wahyu Widiana, Badilag has collected data on Legal Aid Post and will analyze it.

Nicola and Leisha agreed that Legal Aid Post must be evaluated. It will be valuable for next improvement. “We have to collect the data from 12 months of the implementation”, she said.
