Main Tasks and Functions of Directorate General of Religious Courts Body
The Directorate General of Religious Courts Body has the tasks to assist the Secretary of the Supreme Court in formulating and executing policies and technical standardization in the fields of fostering judicial staff, court administration, and religious court case management within the Supreme Court and within all religious courts.
The Directorate General in implementing its tasks holds functions as follows:
The main tasks and functions of the Directorate General of Religious Courts Body as stipulated by Presidential Decree No. 13/1005 are then implemented by the Secretary of the Supreme Court’s Decree No. MA/SEK/07/SK/III/2006 on Organization and Performance Management of the Secretariat of the Supreme Court of Indonesia.
The Secretary’s Decree stipulates that Directorate General of Religious Courts Body comprises:
The Directorate General of Religious Courts Body has the tasks to assist the Secretary of the Supreme Court in formulating and executing policies and technical standardization in the fields of fostering judicial staff, court administration, and religious court case management within the Supreme Court and within all religious courts.
The Directorate General in implementing its tasks holds functions as follows:
- preparing policy formulation on fostering judicial staff, court administration, religious court case management within the Supreme Court and all religious courts.
- executing policies on fostering judicial staff, court administration and religious court case management within the Supreme Court and all religious courts in accordance with applying regulations.
- formulating standardizations, norms, criteria and procedures on fostering judicial staff, court administration, religious court case management within the Supreme Court and all religious courts.
- providing technical guidance and evaluation.
- executing administration of the Directorate General of Religious Courts Body (article 10 Presidential Decree No. 13/2005)
The main tasks and functions of the Directorate General of Religious Courts Body as stipulated by Presidential Decree No. 13/1005 are then implemented by the Secretary of the Supreme Court’s Decree No. MA/SEK/07/SK/III/2006 on Organization and Performance Management of the Secretariat of the Supreme Court of Indonesia.
The Secretary’s Decree stipulates that Directorate General of Religious Courts Body comprises:
- Secretariat of the Directorate General of Religious Courts Body;
- Directorate of the Development of Religious Courts Judicial Staff.
- Directorate of Development of Religious Courts Administration;
- Directorate of Religious Civil Case Management and Regulation;
