Directorate of the Development of Religious Court Judicial StaffThe Directorate of the Development of Religious Court Judicial Staff has the tasks to prepare formulation drafts and policy execution, standard, criteria and procedure formulation, as well as provide technical guidance and evaluation in the field of fostering judicial staff of religious courts.
The Directorate of Development of Religious Court Judicial Staff in implementing its tasks hold functions as follows:
- execution of formulating policies, standards, norms, criteria and procedures and providing technical guidance as well as preparing proposal for property stock, and promotion and transfer for judges;
- execution of formulating policies, standards, norms, criteria and procedures and providing technical guidance as well as preparing property stock and promotion and transfer for registrars, junior registrars, substitute registrars and bailiffs.
- execution of formulating policies, standards, norms, criteria and procedures and providing technical guidance as well as proposals for career development of judges, registrars, junior registrars, substitute registrars and bailiffs.
- execution of management of data, archive, documentation, evaluation and reporting on fostering judicial staff.
- execution of administrative affairs.
