Directorate of Religious Civil Case Management and RegulationThe Directorate of Religious Civil Case Management and Regulation has the tasks to prepare formulation drafts and policy execution in the management of religious court cases and shari’a.
The Directorate for Religious Civil Case Management and Regulation in implementing its tasks holds functions as follows:
execution of formulating policies, standards, norms, criteria and procedures and providing technical guidance and evaluation as well as fostering analyses on the completeness of cassation case dossiers.
- execution of formulating policies, standards, norms, criteria and procedures and providing technical guidance and evaluation as well as fostering analyses on the completeness of request civil case dossiers.
- execution of formulating policies, standards, norms, criteria and procedures and providing technical guidance and evaluation as well as fostering shari’a matters.
- execution of administrative affairs.

- Sub-directorate of Religious Courts Cassation Cases.
- Sub-directorate of Religious Courts Request Civil Cases.
