Supreme Court Focuses on Reform and Change Management

Change and reform are absolute demands that must be continuously maintained by the Supreme Court to materialize great Indonesian judiciary. Based on this thought, the Supreme Court held a workshop on Change Management with the theme: “Building Spirit of Change on the Basis of Team and Organizational Harmony”.
“The quality and work performance of all justices and 1st echelon officials must be enhanced from day to day. I believe that with spirit of change, the Supreme Court will be capable of realizing modern judiciary,” Chief Justice Harifin A. Tumpa said when opening the workshop.
