Establishment of new courts are necessary in order to achieve justice and equal opportunity in legal services to the people in order to achieve the settlement in a very simple, fast and inexpensive.

Still lacking

In Religious Courts, there are currently 388 courts consisting of 29 appellate courts and 359 courts of first instance.

Meanwhile, in Indonesia at this time there are 34 provinces and 514 districts / cities.

Thus, compared to the number of provinces and districts / cities throughout Indonesia, the number of the appellate court and the court of first instance in religious courts are still lacking quite a lot.
