DG of Badilag Installed Eight Officials of Echelon IV

The Director General of the Religious Courts, Wahyu Widiana inaugurated eight officials of echelon IV, at 12th floor of the Secretariat Building of the Supreme Court, Tuesday (09/08/2011). The inauguration ceremony was attended by all officials of echelon II, III, IV and all staffs.

The officials who were installed including Dwiana Sri Handayani, SH (head sub division of budget and treasury), Sulaeman, SH (head sub division of general affairs of employee), Asep Parhanil Ibad, S.Ag (head section of judge mutation), Sahadi, SH (head section of bailiff mutation), Saiful Bahry, SH (head section of judge quality enhancement) dan H. Sugeng, SH, MH (head section of evaluation and rationalization), Hj. Aisyah HR, SH, MH (head section of administration of cassation file), and DJamhari, SH, MH (head section of administration of request civil file).

The Supreme Court Will Hold the National Working Meeting

The Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia will hold a National Working Meeting (Rakernas) on September 18-22, in Jakarta. The meeting will be attended by more than 1970 participants from all courts throughout Indonesia. The participants will consist of justices, ad hoc judges, echelon I and II, chiefs of the high courts, chief of the courts from the first level and etc.

It will be absolutely different than the previous National Working Meetings. It is designed to be paperless, all information on it are available in a special website. During the Meeting, all participants will be able to get all papers on subjects of the discussion by downloading from the website. They will not be provided with printed books or papers of which are common every year.

Badilag Will Monitor the Implementation of the Information Desk

After issuing a guidance for the Information Desk of which must be applied to all Religious Courts, the Directorate General of the Religious Courts (Badilag) will monitor whether they implement it or not. Badilag announced it with its Circular Letter no. 2510/DjA.1/HK.00/VIII/2011 published in www.badilag.net Friday (05/08/2011).

The monitor will be held in two phases. The first will be conducted by all High Religious Courts in August to September. They will assess the implementation in all Religious Courts under their jurisdiction. After that, Badilag will monitor and assess randomly their result in October to November and it is the second phase.

All Staffs and Apparatus of RC to Access SIMKEP

The Directorate of Religious Courts (Badilag) has developed a web-based software of which is operated online throughout Indonesia. The program called SIMKEP (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian-the information system program on personnel management) is the new version of SIMPEG which is desktop-based software.

It is beneficially used to provide an accurate data for personnel management. Since Badilag will conduct some developmental programs including training for judges, registrars, and bailiffs, it needs a very accurate data. That’s why Badilag socialized the importance of this program to all Religious Courts in several weeks ago.
