Director General of Religious Courts Body, Wahyu Widiana, said ‘Justice for All’ programs in religious courts are not only concerned with fee waiver/prodeo cases, circuit court and legal aid post at court.
“More than that, ‘Justice for All’ relates to all aspects of services,” Wahyu said on Thursday (21/8/2010) in Bandung, West Java when attending the inauguration of 6 high judges and 12 chief judges of religious courts across West Java.
He stated justice is still unreachable by everyone. “Court can’t still be accessed by the poor, people with disability, and the marginalized people,” Wahyu added.
