Ambon RC and Malang City RC: Similar but not Identical

The eastern areas of Indonesia are identical with backwardness. But Ambon RC just wants to prove otherwise. The RC does not want to be left by other religious courts in other regions in making innovations to provide excellent service to the justice seekers.

One of the innovations that deserves attention is the announcement of the return of the remaining down payment of court fees. The announcement is made by the cashier at the discretion of the judiaciary’s clerk.

In Ambon RC, the announcement is placed near the waiting room and made in the form of table which is easy to read and understand. The contents of the table consist of case number, name of applicant, and status of the remaining cash down payment.

"This is great," the Director General of Badilag said when visiting Ambon RC on Thursday (10/27/2011).
