Being a speaker at the second day of the Case Information Management System Summit, Wahyu Widiana, the Director General of Religious Court declared a shocking statement that the judges who do not have commitment to the implementation of information technology are not suitable to be the court leaders.
He stated that in the fit and proper test to be the leaders of specific class I religious courts, the participants have a test on information and technology.
“I myself test them. Our assessment is not towards their competence in information technology, but to their commitment. And that is more important.” The Director General insisted.
“Even the courts have qualified staffs, without the care and commitment of the leaders, information and technology would not be implemented well. And the shortage of fund would not be a big matter.” He stated..
